Previous editions of the forum

In 10 years, the GSEF has become a recognised global network, demonstrating its ability to mobilise a wide range of players from every continent. This is illustrated by the success of the last six GSEF Global Forums (Seoul, Montreal, Bilbao, Mexico and Dakar). Every two years, the GSEF General Assembly entrusts the organization of this major event to a candidate host city. Bordeaux will host the 7th edition of the Forum.

The GSEF Declarations

In addition to fostering exchanges of experience and expertise, each edition of the Global SSE Forum pursues a political objective of deploying the Social and Solidarity Economy. A final declaration sets out the political commitments made, translating into a roadmap for the next two years.

Focus on DakarGSEF2023

Dakar hosted the 2023 edition of the GSEF Global SSE Forum, co-organised by the City of Dakar, RACTES, the GSEF and the Senegalese Ministry of Microfinance and SSE. The event was very well attended, with a large number of participants from Senegal and West Africa. This edition culminated in the reading of the Dakar Declaration at the closing plenary session.
