Registration fees

To take part in the Forum, you must register online.

A copy of your ID is required for all registrations for security reasons.

The 3-day PASS includes the option of taking part, the day before the Forum, in a “Tour - SSE in the region”
(15 euros supplement on registration, including return transport from Bordeaux, lunch and activities).

All plenary sessions and round tables will be translated into English and Spanish.

These rates have been established to adapt to the different profiles of participants in a spirit of solidarity and fairness.

Management costs : the ticketing service has been specifically developed by helloasso as part of a skills partnership, and it is proposed that you make a voluntary contribution towards management costs.

The amount paid will be given to each young person in local currency to be spent, for example, at the Forum's food-trucks during lunches.

Solidary PASS (workshop contributors, very small SSE structures, jobseekers, students over 25)

Media

Only for journalists on presentation of supporting documents (press card or mandate given by the media organization).
Entries will be validated by the organizers.

Evening rate

From 9pm, the “Garonne” area of Hangar 14 will be open exclusively to those registered for each evening. In a relaxed, musical atmosphere, it will provide an opportunity to extend the day's exchanges and initiate new encounters with other participants and speakers.

Single rate 32 €
per evening – two complimentary drinks and tapas

You can register for evenings as an option when you register or by returning to your online space..

Online community

With the Forum's social networking platform, you can :
· Receive information and opportunities from the Forum,
· Participate in general conversation threads (channels) to exchange with all participants,
· Create private groups with other participants,
· Contact participants directly to meet them during the Forum,
· Launch discussion topics related to Forum themes and the SSE agenda.

A link to validate your account will be sent to the email address you provided during registration if you mentioned that you wanted to join the online community.

Inclusion of people with disabilities

Plenary sessions and round-table discussions will benefit from sign language translation and access to subtitles in French, English and Spanish on a tablet.

All areas of Palais 2 l'Atlantique and Hangar 14 are accessible to people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs (ramp, elevator, etc.).

People requiring special assistance can indicate this on their ticket registration form.

Helloasso is a platform that encourages citizens' involvement in associations. An SSE structure based in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, it offers its services within the framework of the GSEF, as it does to the 400,000 associations in its community. Citizens' voluntary contributions are their sole source of income, proving that other solidarity-based economic models are possible!
