Access and transport

Arrival in Bordeaux

Welcome points are available on site from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm:
❯ Bordeaux train station – Monday to Wednesday
❯ Bordeaux Mérignac Airport – Monday to Thursday morning

Arrival at Palais 2 l'Atlantique

Address: Cours Charles Bricaud – Bordeaux

With your mobility PASS received by email, enjoy free travel on the entire TBM network during the week of the Forum, from Monday to Friday (tram, bus, water bus).

  • Palais 2 de l'Atlantique is served from the centre of Bordeaux by Tram C – Parc des Expositions stop (please note: take the tram towards BORDEAUX Parc des Expositions Stade).
  • For cyclists and motorcyclists, parking is available near entrance C.
  • For motorists, a large car park is available free of charge (follow the directions on the access map).

Getting to the other Forum sites from Palais 2 de l'Atlantique

  • Hangar 14 (SSE market place, end-of-day programme and Espace Garonne evenings)
    Take Tram C towards Villenave Pyrénées to the Quinconces stop then take Tram B towards Berges de Garonne/Claveau to the Cours du Médoc stop.
  • Cité Bleue (Youth Hub)
    Take Tram C towards Villenave Pyrénées to the Quinconces stop then take Tram B towards Berges de Garonne/Claveau to the New York stop.

The Forum spaces

Catering

• Between 11 am and 3 pm
Lunch for PASS* holders will be served at Palais 2 l’Atlantique on all three days of the Forum, upon presentation of your badge. For everyone else, don’t worry, there will be two food trucks available.

• During the day
The Bordeaux Gsef 2025 Café, located in the heart of the Exhibition Centre and open all day, offers a full range of snacks, with the option of paying with gems.

The mobile solidarity institute welcomes participants to disconnect for a moment of well-being. Princ’ESS is a project that aims to break down barriers to social and professional inclusion by developing services that promote self-esteem among vulnerable groups and by offering a protected working environment for practitioners as part of a professional integration programme.

A taxi? A charger? Earphones? A rain cape? Feminine hygiene products? A doctor? The Conciergerie Solidaire services are there to make your life easier and contribute to the wellbeing of participants. Please feel free to visit their counter at reception.

The Bordeaux Métropole Tourist Office and Convention Bureau is located in the lobby and can provide information on tours, activities, accommodation and other attractions in the area.

All areas of Palais 2 de l’Atlantique are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
All plenary sessions are translated live into French Sign Language.
Volunteers are also on hand to help you.

Online community

If you agreed to this when you registered, you can join and be contacted by participants in the Bordeaux Gsef 2025 WhatsApp group. Several thematic groups have been created and the organizers can share practical information.

Territorial pathways

On the eve of the opening of the Global SSE Forum, on 28 October, the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, the Gironde Department and CRESS Nouvelle-Aquitaine offered 9 pathways to discover local SSE dynamics and initiatives.

Practical information about the pathways was sent by email to registered participants.
