Bordeaux GSEF 2025 is organized by the City of Bordeaux, the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, the Gironde Department and Bordeaux Métropole.

With the support of the GSEF whose general secretariat is based in Bordeaux and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Regional Chamber for the Social and Solidarity Economy.

With the involvement of ESS France and the CIRIEC (International Centre for Research and Information on the Public, Social and Cooperative Economy).

With the support of ILO COOP/SSE (International Labour Organisation – Cooperative, Social and Solidarity Economy Unit), and the UNTFSSE (United Nations Inter-Agency Task Force on Social and Solidarity Economy)

du Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, and the Directorate-General of the Treasury

The social and solidarity economy, a vehicle for international cooperation and innovation, is a lever for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) around the world. The promotion of the SSE is part of France's partnership and international solidarity approach and is in line with the interests of the French people.

The French government – through the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, and the Directorate General of the Treasury which oversees the Social and Solidarity Economy – is a partner of the Forum. This is a way of showing its full support for the 7th edition of the Global SSE Forum, which is a major event for all regional stakeholders and, more generally, for the influence of France and its social and solidarity economy ecosystem. Bordeaux GSEF 2025 will highlight French public policies implemented jointly at regional, national and international levels.

Official partners

"As France's leading mutual health and social protection provider, the Groupe VYV wanted to give its full support to the 7th edition of the Global SSE Forum, a unique international event that plays a key role in promoting the SSE.

The Forum will be an opportunity for different countries and generations to meet, for inspiring exchanges, and also for highlighting the concrete solutions proposed by the SSE to respond to societal challenges."

"With €1 billion allocated each year to financing the social and solidarity economy and 130 account managers dedicated exclusively to this sector throughout France, it was obvious that Caisse d’Epargne would get involved in this 7th edition of the Global SSE Forum.

In line with its daily community outreach efforts – as the leading bank for protected persons, the leading partner of France Active in the SSE sector, and the leading partner of the regional chambers of the SSE – Caisse d'Epargne will be fully involved in this major event for all associations and companies in the SSE sector."
